The 15th International Frozen Seafood Products Fair, CONXEMAR 2013, held in Vigo between the 1st and 3rd October, was the ideal setting for the presentation of the new products that SP GROUP is developing as part of the Conservapesca project. Our sales team offered visiting companies detailed information about the latest developments in new packaging for minimally-processed seafood products that we have been working on as part of the consortium. The current lines of research concern solutions based on new active components to be incorporated into our laminates and films (in both cases with UV filters), and with the objective of increasing the shelf life of the packaged product without affecting the organoleptic properties of it.
